Student Licenses Are Transferable

Please think of student licenses as seats - if one seat becomes available, another student can use it. If a student is no longer using MathFactLab, you may delete their account and free that seat for someone else. As long as the total number of active students stays at or below your licensed number, you’re all set.

Please keep in mind that when a student's account is deleted, all of the student's data is deleted too.

Archiving - If a student will stop using MathFactLab temporarily, you may prefer to archive the student instead of deleting them. Archiving frees up the seat while preserving the student’s data for future use. See this article for more information about archiving students.

Archiving is only available to manually rostered schools or districts and can only be done by the account's administrator. Archived accounts are automatically deleted after 120 days, without notification to the school or district.
