Canceling Automatic Renewals

This article is for those who have purchased Teacher Plan or Family Plan accounts directly from our website and do not wish for their account to be automatically renewed.

By following the steps detailed below you will insure that your MathFactLab subscription will not be automatically renewed. You will also receive an email from Paddle, our payment platform, reminding you when your subscription is scheduled for renewal. That email will include a link for canceling your subscription. For more details click here.

  1. Log into your MathFactLab account and on your teacher dashboard, click your profile.
  2. Select 'Account Billing'.

  1. At the bottom of the account page, click the red 'Cancel Subscription' button.

  2. A popup will appear.  Select the option on the right: 'Cancel from Next Renewal'.

A 'Scheduled cancelation' message will appear on the dashboard providing the date when the account will expire.

Following these steps will allow you account access for a year, starting when your purchased your subscription, and the credit card you entered will not be charged for the next school year.  If you wish to renew at the end of the year, you will be able to do so online or by purchase order.
