Canceling Automatic Renewals (Teacher and Family Plans)

This article is for those who have purchased Teacher Plan or Family Plan accounts directly from our website and do not wish for their account to be automatically renewed.

You’ll receive a notification email prior to your renewal date, confirming that your account will automatically renew.

  1. Log in to your MathFactLab account and on your teacher dashboard, click your profile.
  2. Select Account Billing.

  1. At the bottom of the account page, click the red Cancel Subscription button.

  2. A pop-up will appear.  Select the option on the right: Cancel from Next Renewal.

A Scheduled cancellation message will appear on the dashboard, providing the date when the account will expire.  

If you have not previously canceled the autorenewal, you’ll receive a notification email before your renewal date, confirming when your account will automatically renew.
