Cancelling a MathFactLab Individual Teacher Subscription for a Refund

If you decide that MathFactLab is not a good fit for you after purchasing, just follow these steps within the first 14 days after purchasing to receive a full refund:

  1. Log into your MathFactLab account and click on your profile in the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Billing.

  1. Scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription.

  1. In the pop-up window select 'Cancel Immediately' to receive your full refund.

By following these steps, your payment will be automatically refunded to your account.

Please allow up to 10 days for the funds to appear. The refund will come from Paddle, our payment platform.

If you do not receive your refund within that time, please contact us at billing@mathfactlab.com, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
