Individual Usage Stats Data Explained

While viewing an Individual or Group report, you can see an explanation of each category of data by hovering over the title in the column heading.

Date & Time  

  • When the student was engaged in a MathFactLab session.

Session

  • Time and Progress - The teacher-assigned requirement for completing a practice session. Active minutes are shown out of the session target. If a student was inactive, these details are shown in red: idle time and, in parentheses, the number of idle reminders given.

Level

  • Mode - Addition/Subtraction or Multiplication/Division.
  • Starting - The level in the learning progression that the student was assigned to at the beginning of a session.
  • Ending - The level in the learning progression that the student reached by the end of the session.

Activity

  • Act. (Completed Activities) - The total number of practice activities completed during the practice session.
  • Prob. (Problems Solved) - The total number of problems answered correctly during the practice session. This includes problems solved after multiple attempts.
  • Acc. (Practice Accuracy) - The percentage of practice problems answered correctly on the first attempt during the practice session.
  • Flu. (Practice Fluency) - The percentage of problems answered accurately and fluently (within the student's assigned fluency rate) during the practice session.
  • Points (Point Scoring) - The highest scores earned for each operation if point scoring is required for unlocking the level lifter. The first score is either addition or multiplication, and the second is either subtraction or division, depending on the learning mode. Dashes indicate that point scoring was not required.

Level Lifter Score(s)

  • If a Level Lifter was taken, the percentage score earned for each section. The first score is either addition or multiplication, while the second is either subtraction or division, depending on the student's learning mode. Two dashes indicate that no Level Lifter was taken. One dash indicates that a particular section of the Level Lifter was not taken.
