Switching from Google SSO to a Username and Password

This document is intended for individuals with Teacher or Family Plan accounts, as well as teachers who are part of a manually rostered school/district account. It is not for individuals using ClassLink or Clever.

You'll be able to make the switch from Google SSO to a username and password by doing the following:

  1. On the login page, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link at the bottom right.

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Click 'Send Reset Password Link'.

  3. Log into your email inbox and open the Reset Password email from MathFactLab Support.

  1. Click on the Reset Password button. This will bring you to our Reset Password page.

  1. Enter your new password and confirm it. (The password must have at least 10 characters and contain upper and lower case letters, at least one number, and at least one special character.)
  2. Hit the Reset button.

You will now be able to log into your MathFactLab account using your original username and this new password.
