Yellow or Red Names in Group Usage Stats Reports
MathFactLab now makes it easier to spot students who may need extra support. On the group view of a Usage Stats Report:
- A student’s name appears yellow if they have completed 10 or more sessions without advancing to a new level.
- A student’s name appears red if they have completed 15 or more sessions without leveling up.
This quick color-coding helps teachers identify students who may be stuck and in need of additional guidance.

When a student’s name appears in yellow or red, clicking on the student’s name (A) will display more details.
- Selecting the Suggestions button (B) opens the Advice for When Students Are Not Making Expected Progress help document.
- If the teacher clicks on Turn Off (C), the student’s name will return to black. That student’s name will not appear yellow or red again for at least one week.
