Downloading Previously Sent Usage Stats Reports

Individual and group statistics reports (in CSV or PDF format) are typically delivered by email after you click the export icon and select the file type. However, some school district email filters occasionally block these messages, preventing them from reaching teachers or administrators.

To address this issue, the Export button now includes a drop-down option labeled 'Recent Reports.' This option provides direct access to all reports sent within the last 30 days, making it easy to retrieve a report that did not arrive by email or that you need to download again.

Usage stats reports are normally exported by clicking on the export icon and choosing either a CSV or PDF file.

These reports are delivered via email.

Choosing 'Recent Reports' from the Export drop-down menu below will allow reports sent within the last 30 days to be downloaded.

There may be a short delay before the most recently exported reports are available using this method.
