Deleting Student Accounts (Teacher Plan)

Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, the data in a student's account cannot be recovered.

Deleting an Individual Student

  1. Select the Students tab. 
  2. Make sure you are in the Informative mode.  
  3. Click the red trashcan icon for the student you wish to delete. 

  1. Verify this change by clicking on the Delete button in the pop-up.

This pop-up at the top of the screen will verify that the student has been deleted.

Bulk Student Account Deletion

  1. Start on the Students tab.
  2. Select the students you wish to delete
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Select Delete Bulk.

  1. Verify this change by clicking on the Delete button in the pop-up.

You will see this message verifying that these students have been deleted.
