Deleting an Individual Student

Please note that account deletion is irreversible.

To delete a student account, follow the below steps: 

1) Select the Students tab.  Make sure you are in Informative mode.  

2) Click the red trashcan icon on the line of the student whose account you wish to delete.  In the image below, Darron Burnett's account will be deleted.  

3) Please keep in mind that once deleted, the data in a student's account cannot be recovered.  If you are sure you wish to delete the student's account, hit the Delete button.  Otherwise, hit Cancel.

Once a student's account has been deleted, all data from the student's account will be deleted from our system.

You can always create a new account for the same student at a later point if needed.  

Bulk Student Account Deletion

Please note that account deletion is irreversible.

To delete all of your students at once:

1. Go to the Students tab.
2. Click the header-row check box. This will check all of your students. OR Click the check box beside the name of the students you wish to delete.
3. Click the 'Actions' button.
4. Select 'Bulk Delete'.
5. Confirm your decision by selecting 'Delete'
