How to Clear MathFactLab Cookies

If suddenly a student cannot log into their account, clearing the student's device's MathFactLab cookies may resolve the issue. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to app.mathfactlab.com on the student's device.

   

2. Click on the site information icon to the left of the web address and select 'Manage on-device site data'. 

   

3. Click the garbage cans to delete the cookies for app.mathfactlab.com and www.mathfactlab.com.
