Exporting CSV Reports (Teacher Plan)

This document is for educators using a MathFactLab Teacher Plan, not teachers who are part of a school or district account.

By clicking Export CSV under the Actions button on the Students tab, teachers can download a CSV file of data about their students. This spreadsheet will include the following information about the selected students:

  • Class name
  • Username
  • Grade level
  • Required passing percentage
  • Required fluency rate
  • Current level in both learning modes

You may export a CSV for all students, for a single class, or for any group of students filtered by grade level and/or tags. At this time, exporting a CSV for an individual student is only possible if you first isolate that student using a tag.

Instructions for filtering students by class, grade, or tag can be found here.

If you do not wish the report to contain all your students, use the filtering tools to locate the students you wish to include. Instructions for filtering students by class, grade, or tag can be found here.

To export a CSV report:

  1. Start on the Students tab.
  2. Click on either the Informative or Performance view.
  3. Click on the Actions menu.
  4. Choose 'Export CSV'. This will initiate the download of the CSV file.

Look for the exported file in your downloads.

After downloading the CSV file, open it in your preferred spreadsheet application (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

This is an example of exported CSV file.
