Updating a Parent or Guardian's Email Address (Family Plan)

To update your parent or guardian's email address:

1. Log in to your MathFactLab account and click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
2. Choose Update Profile from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter a new email address in the Update Email section.
4. Click on the Get Secure Code button.

Very soon, you will receive a message like the one below at the new email address, containing the required confirmation code.

5. In your MathFactLab account, you will be prompted to enter this confirmation code.
6. Click on the Enter Code and Update Email button.

After this final step, you will receive a confirmation email that your account's email has been changed.
