Updating a Parent or Guardian's Email Address
This explanation is for parents or guardians with MathFactLab Family Plan accounts.
To update your parent or guardian's email address:
- Log into your MathFactLab account and click on your name in the top right hand corner.
- Choose 'Update Profile' from the drop-down menu.
- Enter a new email address in the 'Update Email' section.
- Click on the 'Get Secure Code' button.
Both your old and new email accounts will receive an email, like this, with confirmation codes.
- You will be prompted to enter the codes sent to both your old and new email accounts.
- Click on the 'Enter Code and Update Email' button.
After this final step you will receive a confirmation email that your account's email has been changed.
