Purchasing Additional Child Licenses (Family Plan)

If you wish to purchase additional licenses for children under your current family subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MathFactLab account and click on your name in the top right-hand corner.

2. In the drop-down menu, select Account Billing.

3. Click on the green Add more student licenses button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. This is the screen you will see if you have not already exceeded the number of licences you have paid for.

3. If you have already added more children to your license but have not yet paid for those licenses, you will see the screen below instead. In this case, click the red Add more student licences button to add the additional licenses you have already activated for your children.

4. Indicate the number of additional licenses you wish to purchase.
5. Click on Save.

That's all you need to do. We'll automatically capture payment from your default payment method
