Reports for Parents/Guardians

You can now generate reports to share with your students’ parents and/or guardians. These reports provide an up-to-date summary of their child’s progress, including:

  • The student's current stage within the program and a description of it
  • The math facts the student has already mastered (Checked)
  • The facts they are currently practicing at their level (White)
  • The facts still ahead of them (Grey)

Below is an example of a Parent Report.

How to Create Parent Reports:

  1. Start on the Students tab (either Informative or Performance view).
  2. Select the students you want to include.
  3. Open the Actions menu.
  4. Choose Generate Parent Reports.
  5. In the pop-up menu, select either the +/− Parent Reports or the ×/÷ Parent Reports.

You’ll then receive a notification letting you know that the reports are being emailed to you (usually within a couple of hours). The reports will arrive as a single PDF file.

  • You can print the PDF to send reports home on paper.
  • You can also share them electronically, but because all student reports are combined into one continuous PDF, you’ll first need to separate the file into individual pages.

To do this, use a PDF-splitting tool such as Adobe Acrobat or Adobe’s free online PDF tools.
