Additional Reports available on School/District Accounts

In addition to all of the reports currently available on our teacher accounts, School/District accounts offer administrators the ability to see a summary of student usage by class and by school.

Classes Tab

For example, this is a screenshot of the Classes tab on an admin account. Here an admin can quickly see the following broken down by class:

• Class size along with a breakdown by learning mode
• Passed levels per student
• Completed sessions per student
• Minutes of usage per student

This data can be downloaded onto a .csv file by clicking the 'Actions' button.

Schools Tab

Likewise, on the Schools tab, admins can see the same statistics but at a school-wide level. This can be particularly helpful is an administrator wishes to compare usage and growth between schools. This, too, can be downloaded onto a .csv file.

Growth Gauge

The Growth Gauge is available on teacher accounts, but on school/district accounts, admins can monitor growth across the school by selecting all classes. This data can be downloaded onto a .csv file.
