Additional Reports for Administrators
In addition to all of the reports currently available on our teacher accounts, School/District accounts offer administrators the ability to see a summary of student usage by class and by school.
Classes Tab
Below is a screenshot of the Classes tab on an admin account. Here, an admin can quickly see the following data broken down by class:
- A. Class size, organized by learning mode
- B. Completed sessions per student
- C. Minutes of usage per student
This data can be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking the Actions button (D).
Schools Tab
On the Schools tab, administrators can view the following data for each school that is part of the district's MathFactLab account. This can be particularly helpful if an administrator wishes to compare usage and growth between schools.
- A. Number of classes and students
- B. Completed sessions per student
- C. Minutes of usage per student
This data, too, can be downloaded as a .csv file. (D)
Growth Gauge
The Growth Gauge is available on teacher accounts, but for school/district accounts, administrators can monitor growth across the school by selecting all classes. This data can be downloaded as a .csv file.
