Changing your Billing Credit Card - Teacher Plan

If you wish to change the credit card you will be using for a renewal of your MathFactLab account, please let your account expire and then 'Upgrade' with a different credit card.

Because your account is set to renew automatically on your subscription's expiration date, your first step will be to cancel this autorenewal. To do this you select 'Cancel Subscription' in your 'Account Billing' window and then choose 'Cancel from Next Renewal.' The steps for doing this are explained in detail in this help document - Cancel autorenewals.

After canceling autorenewal, you will need to wait for your account to expire. You will see the cancellation date after you choose 'Cancel from Next Renewal.' After your account expires, when you log into MathFactLab you'll be able to select the 'Upgrade' button and pay for your subscription with a different credit card. No data will be lost.
