Deleting a Child's Account (Family Plan)
It's a very simple process to remove a child's account from your family account.
When a child is deleted, their data will be permanently erased. This cannot be undone.
To delete a child's account:
- Start on the Informative side of the Children tab.
- Locate the child you wish to delete and click the red trash can icon across from their name.
- In the verification pop-up, confirm that you wish to delete this student.
You can add a child back into your account at any time, but any data from their previous efforts will NOT be restored.
