Deleting One or More Classes (Manually Rostered School/District Plans)

This document is for administrators of manually rostered accounts, not those that are integrated with ClassLink or Clever. Only account administrators can delete classes.

Once a class is deleted, it will permanently delete all student data for all the students in that class. Once deleted, student data cannot be recovered. The process of deleting a class can not be reversed.

If you wish to retain information about students in the class you are deleting, you can run and save student reports.

To delete a single class:

  1. Click on the Classes tab.
  2. Click on the trash can icon in the row of the class you wish to delete and confirm this deletion in the pop-up window.

To delete multiple classes:

  1. Select the classes you wish to delete by clicking in their checkboxes.
  2. Click the Group Delete button and confirm these deletions in the pop-up window.
