Deleting a Sub-Administrator
This article is for super-administrators who would like to delete a sub-administrator from their account.
This option is also available for Clever and ClassLink accounts. It provides a means of removing sub-administrators outside of Clever or ClassLink.
If the sub-administrator you are deleting is also a teacher you will need to add that person to MathFactLab as a teacher after removing them as a sub-administrator and assign their class(es) to that teacher account.
If a sub-administrator is deleted the data associated with that sub-administrator will also be erased. The process of deleting a sub-administrator can not be reversed but the person may be re-added to the MathFactLab account at any time.
To delete a single sub-administrator:
- Click on the Sub-Admins tab.
Click on the trash can icon in the sub-administrator's row and confirm this deletion in the pop-up window.
To delete multiple sub-administrators:
- Select the sub-administrators you wish to delete by clicking in their checkboxes.
Click the Group Delete button and confirm these deletions in the pop-up window.
