Why are some students not getting any Level Lifters?

Level Lifters are always required for student advancement from level to level except for the Super-Advanced levels. On our Super-Advanced levels, by default, Level Lifters are turned off. Students proceed to the next level by meeting the point requirements of the level, not by taking a Level Lifter assessment. This is to make these levels more manageable for the average student as they are particularly challenging and not essential.

However, when students reach 'Graduate' status, having progressed through every MathFactLab level, we suggest turning on their super-advanced Level Lifters and reassessing them. If a student successfully completes the program again you can reassess, increase the challenge by reducing the Required Fluency Rate and number of Level Lifter Whoopsies and having the student go through the program again. This document explains how to make these adjustments for students who are ready for these advanced challenges.
