Why are some students not getting any Level Lifters?

Level Lifters are typically required for student advancement from level to level, but this is not necessarily the case when students reach the Challenge Stage.

On our Challenge-Stage levels, by default, Level Lifters are turned off. Students proceed to the next level by meeting the point requirements of the level, not by taking a Level Lifter assessment. This is to make these levels more manageable for the average student, as they are particularly challenging and not essential.

However, when students reach 'Graduate' status, having progressed through every MathFactLab level, we suggest turning on their Challenge-Stage Level Lifters and reassessing them. Click here to learn more about recommendations for students who reach the Graduate Level.
